We had a fantastic stay in London for 2 days. the hotel was clean. - the location was marvelous and pleasant, very close to the US Embassy. - the room was exceptional and perfect, with modern design and comfy beds. - the pool was good.

The rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds, the staff were polite. The location was stunning in a fairly nice area, just next door to Battersea Park and Chelsea, London, and Sloan square.

Thoroughly enjoyed comprehensive breakfasts!!

In general I find the Pestana Chelsea Bridge very beautiful, good location and large rooms.

I notice that certain carelessness occurs, like e.g. no cosmetic tissues, which you can expect in a 4*Hotel, in general just the small extras in the bathroom, which were there in former times, have disappeared

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely place, with great service and a fantastic location by the river.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, quiet location with good transport connections. Nice little spa with pool.

We have travelled with children (12 and 14 years) and have chosen the hotel also because of the pool. However, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa area after 17.30. That's not very practical.

The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower. In the minibar there was still water at no extra charge. It was quiet in the room. The equipment in the room was new and of high quality.

At breakfast there was a very high volume. All guests were placed in the front part of the room although the guests could have been better distributed. Furthermore, the pool was already closed on Saturday at 20:00 o'clock.

This place is amazing, clean, and in a fantastic location with an excellent breakfast that includes yogurt, fried eggs, and coffee.

I really liked the atmosphere, everything was very nice so I did not expect but really enjoyed the visit to be not only houses, hotels, but also to relax. Reception services like filling our requests If you visit London again it really will choose Pastana hotel:)

Very comfortable and excellent value. Room decor very stylish.

Quite a distance from tube/train. Website says 10 mins walk but actually 20 mins. Ok if weather fine. Had to wait far too long in restaurant for food even though very quite.

Opt for the deluxe king room with a large comfortable bed and enjoy the friendly staff and overall positive experience.

I really loved the rooms and big bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good and catered for all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only negative I can think of is that the river view and infact most views were obstructed by other buildings. I booked this hotel because by the description I thought it was right next to the river. However, the hotel itself more than made up for the lack of view.
